Drinking Water Networks:
Access to clean drinking water is fundamental for communities and industries. We excel in the installation of underwater pipelines made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) to convey water from lakes or rivers to consumption areas, ensuring reliable and high-quality supply.
Lake Heat Exchange:
Our expertise extends to the creation of underwater heat exchange systems, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency for various industrial applications, whether for cooling or heating.
Design and Engineering:
Precise design and engineering are crucial for the success of any submarine pipeline installation project. Our team of experts collaborates closely with our clients and partners to choose the most suitable material for their needs, whether it's HDPE, steel, or FRP. We calculate the appropriate concrete collars for long-term durability in local weather conditions and define installation parameters (pulling force at the end of the pipeline, internal pipe pressure, immersion speed) based on the topography, depth, and type of material used to ensure that minimum bending radius are not exceeded during installation. We assist our clients in defining the route based on the topographic survey we conduct and determining the type of land-lake transition, whether it be a V-shaped trench, a shielded trench, or directional drilling or TBM. We also develop a maintenance strategy for the pipeline and intake to prevent quagga mussel infestation.

Steel:
Steel is known for its structural strength and durability. We use steel for projects involving pressurized gas transport in accordance with current regulations or at the client's request.
HDPE
(High-Density Polyethylene):
Lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant, HDPE is ideal for drinking water or remote lake heating pipelines. We use this material to ensure a clean and secure water supply. Its installation is easy and requires less heavy equipment compared to FRP and steel pipelines.
FRP
(Fiber Reinforced Plastic):
FRP offers excellent chemical resistance and is ideal for marine applications. We use it to ensure the durability of our installations in demanding environments. It becomes competitive for shallow depth pipelines.
Special Pipelines:
For specific applications, we install pipelines with special coatings, including ceramic-lined steel and HDPE or reinforced concrete steel pipes, or even cast-iron pipelines. We are equipped to install all types of pipelines.
Suction Strainers:
Drawing on our experience, we design water intake or discharge systems for scraper or pigging cleaning without the need for divers' intervention. The intake head can be raised to the surface simply using a boat and an ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle). We provide guidance on material selection, whether it's HDPE, stainless steel, or cupronickel, which, due to its biocidal properties, limits the appearance of quagga mussels.
